Our Vision
Parish as a family: Building our community
This has been the vision of our parish for a few years and we would like it to remain a priority: being a place where everyone is happy to experience their faith together. Many parishioners, visitors and new comers to the parish have expressed how welcoming our parish is and how important it is to feel they are part of a community. Building up relationships in a safe environment, as well as being open and welcoming, is of utmost importance and must continue.
Securing the faith of the future generation
Our parish is committed to fulfil its duty towards future generations by welcoming children and fostering an environment that invites children to discover God and His love for them. As such, initiatives targeting children and families need to continue. We are also committed to sustaining our buildings and premises in order to meet our responsibility towards future generations. We are thankful that those before us left a prayerful church in good condition, but we must continue to maintain and invest in our Church.
Enhancing a dynamic and prayerful liturgy
The Eucharist is the ‘source and summit of the Christian life’; for in the Eucharist is contained Christ himself. As a parish we are called to put the celebration of the Eucharist at the centre. Our vision is to deliver a dynamic and prayerful liturgy, reaching out to the diversity of the congregation and accessible to everyone in our parish community. We hope that this calling serves as an invitation to actively participate and serve in the work of the Lord at the parish.
