Reconciliation

The greatest joy of God is to set us free from our sins so as to restore our relationship with him. Jesus gave his life so that we can live freely and be reconciled with the Father.

In the sacrament of reconciliation, we confess what separates us from God, and celebrate our salvation.

Confession is the cleansing of heart and peace with gratitude to God
— Manish, Parishioner

Confession is freedom from guilt and great joy of being sin free for a little moment at least
— Moushmi, Parishioner

Practical Details

The sacrament of reconciliation is available regularly in our parish and more frequently closer to for example Easter or Christmas. Please see the worship timetable for more details.

All are welcome to attend. However, we encourage children who wish to attend confession to come accompanied by a parent or carer.
